Actually, 1 in 4 Americans are Retarded.
Most of the American TV producers have some degree of insanity, which is why you will see such crazy and inane TV shows and movies coming out of the USA.
1/4 of Americans are Retarded
1/4 are out doing something productive and fun
1/2 are stuck at home with kids that are watching this crap.
