Why can I only get US listings on Ebay & live in Au?

I got 2nd hand computer for Xmas,Windows Me,& now I can only get US listings with US prices.Not very handy cos I live in Au.When accessing My Ebay from old comp,Windows 98,everything is fine.Please help.

you might be going to ebay.com
the au site is: ebay.com.au

On Windows XP system
go to control panel
select "Regional And Language Options"
at the bottom change your "location"

Not sure if you have this on a Windows ME system
also
my computer has never been over seas so I'm not even sure if this will "tell" the Internet you are connecting from Au
but give it a shot
