I wouldn't really say it's the Public Restroom that needs to change, but the people who use the restrooms need to learn how to keep their urine INSIDE the toilet, flush and PLEASE for the love of god throw away your bloody pads!

As a female I do the squat.
Rest rooms in Europe are cleaned because the general public pays to go to the toilet.There is a thought

I don't mind public restrooms, but I hate when they are dirty, have graffiti on the walls, no toilet paper and the stalls won't stay closed.

If people actually washed the toilets everyonce and a while!!! And if they had the tissue paper things to grab and stick on the tiolet seat!!!!!! It would be nice if people checked to make sure that there was toilet paper everyonce and a while, too!! And there could be a few air freshners in every stall!!

PUBLIC RESTROOMS ARE NOT TOO CLEAN , IF THE TOILETS WERE KEPT MORE CLEAN , PEOPLE WOULD NOT MIND THE SHORT STAY , BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOUR UP AGAINST WITH PUBLIC RESTROOMS.

I don't understand how, in women's restrooms, there can be pee on the seat. It's just SO gross. C'mon ladies, our aim is not that hard to accomplish!
