my second husband adopted my oldest son ,how can he change his name back to his birth name .He is a Adult now ,and wants his rights ?

If he is an adult (18 or older) all he has to do is file a petition to change his name. He will need to fill out the forms and appear before a judge. The cost is between $250 and $500.

I would imagine the same way you did it before.My daughters husband adopted her two boys and they just got a lawyer and went before a judge and had it done.I would think the first thing he needs to do is go see a lawyer.But he may not be intidled to any of his birth fathers possessions or money.

It is very simple actually... all he has to do is go to the local court house and get the paper work, pay the fee and file it.
As soon as it is registered wit the state and he has the proof then he can use that paper work to change his name with the S.S.A., D.M.V. etc...

easy go down to city hall and get the change of name forms and fill them out..
