No. Crime would virtually cease if everybody exercised their natural Right and carried a gun. The first Law of Nature is Self-Defense. The police, laws, or the government can protect you from NOTHING! They can only respond AFTER a victim or corpse is created! Cops don't have a duty to protect you from anything anyway!

Are you a Nazi/Communist/ or fascist? How can you ask that of an American, Do you know the Constitution? What kind of person would want the corruption we have today to rule over the innocent. You sound like Bush when he was making room in his prisons in Texas and selling to outside businesses the prisons for sweat shops? He killed 100 people and no DNA it was unaffordable he said. Are you kidding? Texas has a numerous amount of law suits now that the innocent were found innocent?
Try looking up the injustices caused by what you said? Russia? Germany? Hitler Achtung!

Probably not. What we need is a deterrent. Stop the slaps on the wrists and bring back corporal punishment. I know the bleeding hearts and so called experts all say that it won't change anything, but I bet it would. You can pretty much do anything, if you have a bit of money or are well connected, there will be no consequence for your actions. And people wonder why no one has respect anymore.

France has a system like that. The result is mob violence across the entire country where hundreds of cars are burned every night and dozens of women are gang raped by psychopaths. Police cannot enter a large area of france because they are attacked and driven out if they do.

YES!!! Then murderers and rapists wouldn't go free on stupid technicalities because someone forgot a signature and such. However I don't know if LESS crime would be committed, but I think that MORE crime would be punished.

You'll change your mind about this very quickly when you're the one who has been falsely accused of a crime.

probably, but odds are... there would be many more innocent people in jail...

those duke boys would be screwed in your system...

the question is... would you be willing to go to jail accidentally, if it meant less criminals on the street overall?

the odds of being accidentally convicted would skyrocket...
