cheer me up! I am really having a bad day. I'll go first:
Had latch replaced for the Beetle trunk. After grocery shopping, discovered the latch will not release despite hearing the release operate. (The trunk can only be opened by the driver's door release since there is no working lock on the trunk lid.) Before, it was almost impossible to get to shut properly.
I locked myself out of my office today while my key ring was seperated.
Repair person cannot find why my hot tub isn't working. In attempting to drain it tonight before the really cold weather hits, I accidently pulled the tubing out of the little pump that I bought to help remove the water. So I had to take the thing apart and put it back together.
The cat knocked my Palm Treo into my melting ice cream . . . I am letting the sync port dry, but who knows how much damage this could be.
Tonight, I washed and dried my work supplied pager with the laundry. This is a first. Ouch.

Strange things today:
-An attorney at my office actually went to the filing cabinet and got the file all by himself! This is quite unusual for him.
- my menu for the week that was laying on the counter disappeared and I will have to reconstruct it from memory
-my neighbors across the street leave their door open a lot. it's very cold here and I don't know why they do it.
I guess that's about it. Not much else strange happened. You sure had a day, though!

Yes, the universe is out of whack. It has not snowed in the NY area all year. My tulips are starting to come up. There were mosquitoes outside over the weekend.

sounds like you are having a bad day. I had a dream about a power outage last night, I woke up and didn't realize it was a dream. I then lied there and worried about how to get awake for work and how to get out of the garage....for 2 hours I did this. Finally, I looked up and saw that there was no power outage. Great way to start my day.
