When my bed sqeaks it is just because one of the screws is a little loose. when the screws are loose then the slight rubbing between the parts of the bed creates the sound. so check your screws!
Maybe the wood that your bed is made of bends a little when you move around on it. that could create a squeaking noise too but i'm not sure what you would do to fix that problem.

You never mentioned what kind of bed, metal ,wooden ,a water bed. Each one is made a little different in it's constuction. WD-40 would help sometimes depending on where the squeak was. If it's wooden then tightening up the corners might help. You need someone to look at it that know something about them.

Most bed frames are of steel construction. They are normally bolted together. Remove the mattress and box spring, and check for loose bolts and rivets. Tighten loose bolts with a wrench. Rivets can be tightened by cushioning witha a steel anvil or wood hammer block. Strike with a ballpeen hammer or small maul. Check the box spring for loose or broken ribs. Tighten or replace and replace fabric on bottom. Check and tighten screws holding head or footboards in place. Lubrication with WD40 is a good idea.

they squeak bcause there are springs inside,i recently bought a special bed without springs for my bad back-springs create uncomfortable pressure points,so back beds eliminate them.and a nice side effect-no annoying squeaks!!!!

there is movement on the bed. To cure it, find the nearest dumpster. It near impossible to grease an inner spring mattress.

Beds with cheap springs tend to squeek. The solution is not to buy one at Walmart.

Change Kama Sutra positions or try across the bed, that might help.
