in shakira's song there's this rant that goes :

Rabboussamai fikarrajaii
Fi ainaiha aralhayati
Ati ilaika min haza lkaaouni
Arjouka labbi labbi nidai

I want to know what language that's in or what it means, or both. Thanks!

its kind of like an arabic language it means something along the lines of:
God of the sky, the giver,
in his eyes i see my life,
i come to you from this world,
please God answer my prayer...

something like that.

I think she's from Brazil or some Latin American country, and I'm not sure about the particular language, but she sure has changed a lot in her recent video of "Hips Don't Lie"

I think it's Arabian or Lebanese. It means:

God of the sky, the donor
In your eyes I see my life
I come to you from this world
Please God grant my petition

I think it's supposed to be about God answering her prayers
