why do people have one night stands and what do they get from it?
do you have any regrets.
have you or would you do it if you were married ?
what type of feelings are involved?

I liked the physical & mental aspect of it, plus it requires no commitment. As for whether or not I would do it if I was married...I would love to say "NO", but I hope that I would have enough self control not to do it. One night stands is never a solution in marriage hardships, in fact it only escalates the problem. Yes, I have regreted some of them, especially if I was drunk when it happened...sometimes I wanted to get drunk again after I seen who I was with. As long as the two of us had mutetal feelings about it at the time I didn't feel too bad, but if it was someone I was close to, then I questioned how it was going to effect our relationship. I pretty much stopped the one night stands with women who I just first met due to a scare 9 years ago, cause the following morning right before she left...she stated that she was a carrier (AIDS), and that put a stop to one night stands for a long time...that was a long 6 month wait to get tested, but I test negative ;). I have had a few since then, only with women that I know fairly good.

have you or would you do it if you were married ? _I am married now and I would NOT have one! But I used to when I was single...
what type of feelings are involved? -Friendship or at least mutual respect is a good idea.... Open Honesty is paramount!
