Well something you should know about me is that I laugh 24/7 at any time for any reason. So when I am angry or annoyed I will just shutup and not laugh so then people will get the point and leave me alone.

I get quiet and avoid people and/or the situation. The best way to handle oneself in a moment of anger is to not react the way you feel like reacting. Rather take a moment or two, let yourself calm down from the heightenend state of mental anguish, and then rationally decide on the plan of action.
9 times out of 10 you will avoid major problems that occur due to anger.

I go to room that is vacant and turn on music, grab a pillow and scream in to it till i am all screamed out. Sometime I cry when i go to the vacant room or i take a deep breath and try to calm down!!! Just depends on the range of my anger or annoyance!!

I get the rush of Adrenalin racing through my body and I know then and there...this could be a disaster. I have not gotten really mad in a long while so the feeling is not a pleasant one.
