U mean to ask abt Tefl "Teaching English as a foreign Language" ?
and u wanna work as a teacher of English in Africa?

or u mean "tefl" which is black tea left in the cup after u drink it

in egypt there are center belong to alexandria Uni. for teaching arabic for the forginers, this centre call TAFL.
