Nothing motivates me to continue breathing. The autonomic nervous system controls the involuntary body functions such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive functions, and plays a key role in the body's reaction to stress.

My body just keeps doing it for me. I don't really think about it. But I'm quite glad it does, in fact I take care to ensure it will continue to do it for as long as possible as my life is so awesomely brilliant. I can't believe it myself sometimes. I really can't beleive how well things are working out. OK sometimes things go wrong, that's to be expect but generally, it's great.
