she meets the person down the street and when i ask to meet this person i am told that she does want to meet me bcuz she thinks i will cause a trouble. also she calls this person that when i call thenumber its a male friend what should i do

Call and talk to this "woman" and find out where and what they are doing.Tell that "woman" you are her b/f and you would like to meet her.Confront your g/f about this,and let her know as long as she doesn't lie to you about the number you will not get upset and the situation.

Sounds like your girlfriend is not being honest.
I would talk to her and get to the bottom of the situation and get the truth out of her. If she does not want to be honest, then tell her that the relationship is over.
