My daughter's Disney Mix Max Stix won't play the movies made for it?

Any ideas as to why? We have a mac computer and I know the software is for PC but does it need something from the disk transferred via computer to the mix max stix itself in order to play the videos?

PC software doesn't usually work on a mac. You should try purchasing software designed for your mac.
