It could be a simple pimple, it could be a small fatty tumor,it could be CA....malignant? benign? who knows, take her to the vet sweetie, or maybe someone you trust works at a local petstore?( if you cant afford a vet bill).Wether our "children" are Hamster,gerbil,lizard or horse,they are a part of us of course!;-)

i think that it's cancer - my hamster had one in its ear too and as time passed it grew about .5 cm, don't worry she is not in pain, just treat her with respect and ejoy her company .... she will definately live more months and years even though it has cancer, just avoid pointing objects.

SOMETIMES IT COULD BE FATTY TISSUE BUT WOULD TAKE HER TO THE VET.
