The three year old I babysit being smart enough to be able to build himself a rig to climb up on the kitchen counter, into the cupboards, and get the Spaghetti-O's he wanted for a snack off the top shelf. I'm forever in awe of the ingenuity of children.

My 5 year old cousin offering to share the last bowl of ice-cream with me. Impressive and sweet!

I was in awe that nobody made him offer it to me, he just felt that it was the right thing to do.

My 5 year old Grandson was over tonight and wanted to print some dog pictures, to hang in his bedroom. I copied a couple, and got busy doing something else in the kitchen. I came back to check on him, and he had copied about 7 more.
He learns this modern technology, so easily.

How fragile the human life can be, how short we really live, how far are from thanking each day for being alive and in good health, and how someone who doesn't really know you be your friend and even miss you when you haven't really met each other.
