It actually depends on what you are looking for and where you live. Best Buy and Walmart both carry a large amount of movies with predominately Black casts. If you're in the Bay Area (SF/Oakland), you can get a good selection at Amoeba Records and tapes in both the Berkeley and San Francisco locations at a really cheap price.
