Footballers(Futbolers) dont need padding you american football panies do.
Football(soccer players) dont scream in pain when they are hit and lye on the ground for 10mins. Footballers or Futbolers never show acts of cowardness.

American football is all about taking people down ON PURPOSE. all soccer players do is run away from people
the speed of football is much more intense in a narrower area, with a 11 guys running at you.
football players will break the bones of any soccer player.
compare the weight of football players compared to soccer players and realize the speed of football players are equal if not faster. 275 lb man in football can run and at least keep up with certain soccer players

You get ejected if you check somebody hockey style in soccer, let alone dog piled as what happens in American football. If somebody got on a motorcycle and hit you 30 different times while going 25 kph (to represent just one NFL game), you would probably want padding too. Now a season is 16 games long and then there are playoff games. NFL players play with broken bones such as broken fingers, arms, ribs and even broken legs. The whole reason for that gear is because they are so big and fast, they were literally killing themselves and that was when they weren't as big and fast as they are now.
No acts of cowardism in soccer? What's all that crotch grabbing about on those penalty kicks?

Boy, what a stupid question, given how the average American football player could rip the average soccer player to shreds. Weight, speed, and physicality is so much higher in football than soccer that it's not even funny. The sheer mass and the sheer speed of collisions makes the padding necessary.
And, please. I watch soccer a good deal. And in football, a guy is lying on the ground because he's torn a ligament or broken a leg. In soccer, we are treated to the spectacle of a soccer playing writhing on the ground when he gets kicked in the shins.

Let's see. Wasn't it in the final game of the world cup that the Italian player said to the French player "Your mama wears army boots" and the French player headed butted him and got thrown out?
Do you have any idea how much trash a guy like Shawn Merriman talks in the course of a 60 minute game? It probably would have killed Zidane or whatever the guy's name is. American football is as physical a game as there is in the world. That soccer is a sport for little girls is proven by the fact that only little girls and overpaid Pommy wimps play soccer here.

In American Football (the only real football) we hit each other like men. Thats why it hurts more. We don't run around in tight little shorts trying to stay away from people.

football is a sport where huge, fast, strong men try to take each others heads off. soccer is a game for pre-school girls to play when they get tired of hopscotch. it's acually kinda cute watching the preschoolers play. but i have no respect what-so-ever for grown men running around in shorts chasing a ball. what a bunch of f ags
