CANADA...not just because i'm Canadian, but every foreigner I have ever met, always tells me how nice Canada is and how friendly the people are.

You cannot count such a thing as votes because some countries have huge populations while others do not. Also, it is hard for us to say because each country has its own culture that may be foreign to us. It doesn't make them any better or any worse. We can't judge because they are all different in their own way.
Your question is also a trigger to war. Everyone thinks their country is the best and, well, they will fight for it. So why waste time using such labels when no good comes out of it?

I'd go for Canada. Although i suppose im a litte bias.....maybe Norway. No clue why, but it does have the highest HDI. Meh
