You're kidding, right?

A 25 gallon tank is called a nano-tank or nano-reef. That's nano as in very small. The reason it's considered small is because the ocean is immense.

The vastness of the ocean makes it stable. Stable chemically, thermally, nutritionally, salinity, etc. A nano tank is the opposite. For this reason, keeping nano tanks is usually a challenge that experienced reef keepers assign themselves to test their mettle.

You can still care for a nano tank as a beginner, but you are going to have to be vigilant. Add as much biological filtration you can -- live rock and substrate. Get a protein skimmer for physical removal of organic waste.

Once you have all that, and the environment is rock solid, you can start thinking about advanced livestock in your tank like lionfish and corals and anemones.

Corals have a calcerous skeleton, anemones do not. They are similar organisms, but not the same. Corals require special lighting and feeding. There is a type of anemone, or class of anemones, called "Mushroom" or "Coral" anemone. They tolerate less light and can survive without special feeding.

I am going to guess that you are SOL on the lionfish due to space limitation. I suspect these fish need more space. Check this web site to be sure. This is the Oracle at Delphi for all things marine:

lion might eat the clown, and you might want to repost with what kind of ligthing you have, because if you dont have proper lighting, then there is no sense in throwing money away on an anemone that will die. also, how long has the tank been set up, and how often do you do water changes. what is your filtration system? maybe repost question containing these different elements and you could get a better response. also, what your price range would be, since you could get an anemone in the price range from $10 to $200.

Mushrooms are common, are available in a tremendous form, maximum will do properly below that mild, and they are lots of exciting. Many zoos ought to do properly. Caulastrea (bubble gum or trumpet coral) is an astounding and easy coral that would want to favor to in nice condition your tank properly. you could generally get little frags for low priced and watch them advance.
