Probably Dwight Howard or Chris Paul. Chris Paul in his second year is definitely one of the top three point guards in the league already. Dwight howard is the second best center in the nba already (the best is Yao, not Shaq just to say). He isn't only a 20 10 man, he's a 20 20 man.

Randy Foye...for a true bright young star he is it. If Minnesota ever wants to win a championship with KG in the mix Foye is going to have to be KG's right hand man and develop into his full potential quicker than usual. Mike James isn't going to lead the twolves to a championship and without a reliable point guard the wolves won't have a chance. Foye has shown signs so far this year of greatness and his true potential it's just a matter of making those great games his normal games and making him a true star in the NBA

well kobe is the brightest star even though he's not young, but I would say Dwayne wade is, but look for andrew bynum to come up in a few years, remember he aint even 20 yet...

Chris Paul. He's not on a great team but if he was ever to get some talent around him his numbers would be very impressive.
Even with no talent he almost averages a double-double a night.
