I hit my poisoned memories head.on. I don't want them in any way shape or form to control me or define me.
I am in charge of my life.

unpleasant memories can be intellectually
addressed, self study as it were,
yet this is only preparation, it is when
one remembers instead of identification
of disharmonious experiences
that emotional disharmony is incentive for
development of memory being understood
to place that experience in its proper place
of awareness so it is not a struggling obstacle
to haunt the conscious system of memory !
I have no poisoned memories which torment
me from any terrible experiences, that's not
to say sadness is not part of my inner life
because sadness is a modality of the
human condition, when people take banality
to a level of archetype it is because the ways
of nature need that balance to be a whole of
natures patterns of being human ~

Not often any more. I've faced them head on but sometimes when I don't feel so strong I still need a place to hide for awhile.

I can't hide any more. my mind won't let me. i did for a long time. but it all comes back in the end. and it's twice as heard when it does.
