Yes, I do. It is a good way to do research on someone before reaching out in real life, provided you have the patience to look through all their q and a's. That is what I did. Plus, there was NO dead silence on that first meeting.

Possible yes, but very unlikely. I think most people in here are hiding behind false images of what they really are like. You see very beautiful and sexy avatars when those people might be very fat and old or young and are just here in a dream world for them. That's ok, but I like being here and I try to be honest most of the time.

Absolutely. I have many friends from my childhood. I have a friend that I met in college and she is turning out to be a life long friend.

I can think of worse forums...what better place to learn compatibility than in an environment where prospective best friends for life can honestly convey them true selves in a relatively consequence free way.
