Also, are there any pills that you can take that may help them grow? Such as pills with estrogen or something?

I don't think woman's breast really stop growing at any age. I was a 34B in high school, had my first child and became a 34C cup (after having the baby and the swelling went away and I was not breast feeding so I'm talking permanant). I had my second child and became a 32D cup (which stuck just like with the first child). Gained weight 10lbs and became a 32DD cup. Lost weight and now I flucuate between a 32D to 32DD depending on bloating at certain times of the month.
My sister-in-law didn't start really developing until she was around 28 years old. She was always a A-B cup, then all of a sudden she got a growth spurt and grew to a C. She the had her 1st child and is I'm sure somewhere in the D's.
Breast size changes throughout a woman's life... gain weight, get bigger... have kids, get bigger... get bloated due to PMS, get bigger... or maybe just get older, get bigger. But regardless of how big they get, be proud of what you have, whatever the size. some guys don't like them big and some do. It's our diversity in appearance and character that make us special! :)

I always thought I was cursed with some 'bad' genes that caused me to be unusually large up there, though I am skinny. I hate to think how it would look if I was normal weight :S. I wish I could find a happy medium, tho, cuz I'm trying to gain weight!!

ANYWAY.

Turns out, it happened because during the inception of puberty I took 'natural' estrogen manufacturing supplements as directed that we found in the health food aisle. Over the course of two years (I didn't take them on a regular basis) I used up all the pills. Males can use them too, say, if they are transexual, only they have to take twice as much.

Well, I've stopped 'growing', and I'm far larger up there than all the females in my family and we finally made the connection that it was because of those pills.

EDIT: I don't think these pills were actually pure estrogen persay, they just make your body produce more than it would have normally. I originally took them because I had a delayed puberty due to a small amount of body fat. Taking estrogen has been since proven to increase the risk of canser, though, so be wary.

Breast size change for some people throughout their life. Nothing really available to increase your size, unless you're old enough to consider augmentation. I have a daughter who is 17, she stopped growing around 15. My other daughter, who's 16, is still continuing to grow. My sister grew a cup size when she started taking birth control pills, but that doesn't happen to everyone.

Honestly I think the age when they stop gowing is different for everyone. I am almost 22 and believe that I have noticed some slight growth within the past year. Don't get me wrong, not much if any! Thats why Im getting implants. But I have never heard of any pills working for anyone.

womens breast tend to be the size they are going to be by about 18. however, you may notice some growth between 18-21. if you speak to a plastic surgeon they will tell you they would rather you wait until 21 to do any breast augmentation due to the fact that they may still grow some.

Before consuming anything, best move is to seek doctor advice.I think everyone react differently to the drug or pill. I believe that women approaching menopause, hormone changes will take place & growth of body tissue will gradually stop.

Breasts stop their initial growth when you're about 18, but they can grow more after that. They never really stop growing because during adulthood they can change size due to body changes. Mine did.

There's nothing that can help them grow.

their size can change a lot over time, especially if you lose or gain weight. birth control pills have been known to increase size though (as well as make you gain weight!)
