Hmm.. dpad seems loose in my nintendo ds lite?

Ok, so the d-pad seems abit loose in my nintendo ds lite which is kinda bothering me. Also the d-pad seems to have trouble going diagnal directions unless I press down somewhat hard. Harder than I'd normally have to press say going left right, down,up. Would anyone suggest taking it back since I have the receipt and getting a new one? Or do most tend to have these problems?

Then why did you buy a nintendo product, they all have probs. go get a psp and you will be much happier.
