I don't like the idea but there's little or no choice for most people about being living human lab rats.

Yes I care but as you say we've no choice in the matter unless we choose anorexia. Even certified organic products have been shown to not be so on various tv news shows.

My family only drinks the Original milk from Land o Lakes. My uncle is a dairy farmer and he told my mom to only buy the hormone free milk. The hormones in milk gives little girls and boys breasts whether they are ready for them or supposed to have them or not.

Yes, I do care about weird stuff as you call it in my food or coffee. To start with I use unbleached coffee filters. I do not want my coffee filtered through chemically treated paper. I eat organic foods as much as possible too.
