for some 1 that knows. is the street glow multicolor undercar l.e.d kit better than the plasma glow model?

I owned a plasma glow model and would never buy one again, you get a stray rock and it bends the plastic enough to break the glass tube, you're shot, so out of disgust i went out and splurged on a led system that had various colours (2 million colour possiblites) and never been happier for couple reasons, 1 being that it'll take alot of abuse, 2 it doesn't drain my batteries after couple hours being on, 3 it looks a whole lot better, 4 im lighting up the street not the whole world (led are only directional as compared to neon tubes which radiates light all the way around)

LED... beware they illegal tho.. po'po's gonna get ya. especially if you have red LED's
