And a 20-sided shape is known as an "icosahedron"

So, how about icosimal? Actually, it's known as "Vigesimal"; see:

as far as i know
there is no such system
the only systems there are

to the base two that is binary eg.01
to the base 8 that is octal eg.0123467
to the base 16 that is hexadecimal or as hex eg.0123456789abcdef
