I deleted text from a word document and closed out of it. I later realized I needed the text back. Is there a way to get the text back?

Did you get a message that said you have a lot saved on the clip board would you like to save it for use outside of Windows or something along those lines? If you said yes to keep it there then you can recover it. If it was a file and you deleted it and have norton, you can restore it from the recycle bin, if not, then there is really no other choice than to go to the original document and get the information from it..if it was something online...
Otherwise, have you tried to go back into windows and right click the document, choose undo?
If you turned off the computer between this question and that paper, there is no way I know of to restore the informataion.
sorry...
Good luck though!

An option you might try is to go to a earlier restore point if you have XP. If you have 2000 or earlier, from your description I'd say no, there is no way to restore the file.

Sorry
