Even though you might consider yourself Democrat would you vote for Ruyd Giuliani (R)?

sure there are plenty democrats like myself who vote for the man and not just the PARTY of donkeys and elephants.
Giuliani, a self-made millionaire and obviously knows how to run a business with some SMARTS !

Nah. He handled 9/11 well, and I think he'd be an improvement over the current resident, but I didn't like his performance prior to the attacks and wouldn't vote for him. As far as Republican mayors of large cities go, I didn't think Richard Riordan did a bad job in LA. But I'll be voting D in 2008 unless they nominate the Devil.

I personally won't be voting for a republican over a democrat anytime soon. But considering Giuliani is more liberal than John Kerry was in several aspects, I wouldn't be too upset if he won.

Rudy will never get the Repub nomination because the GOP knows if he does the Dems, no matter who their candidate is, win in a landslide. Furthermore, Rudy views are not conservative enough on many issues. He is more of a conservative Dem than anything else. His chances with the GOP are slim to none.

No, I will not vote for him. Most NYers know him and will not vote for him. I was a NY when he obtained fame for appearing on TV expressing calm during 9/11.
Prior to that he went to court to have his mistress stay in the house he shared with his wife and son.
How could any one tolerate that and not Clinton's dalliance is beyond me.

It's possible, there are some things I agree with Rudy on such as crime reduction, pro-choice, gun control, and stem-cell research. I disagree with Rudy on favoring same-sex civil unions and the fact is on his third wife.
