XBOX 360, better online service.
And even though it has slightly lesser graphics than the PS3 that didn't stop the PS2 when it competed with the XBOX.
PS2= 294 MHz CPU
XBOX= 733 MHz CPU
But the PS2 sold fine, so nothing is stopping the 360 from selling.

plus it has blu ray
