Usually people check on www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au. However I strongly suggest that you use the service of a real estate agents, since things can be a bit difficult with tenants and a good agent usually can handle things on your behalf pretty quick.
There are a list of the agents in Melbourne on those websites.
Choose the one in your properties' area and send them e-mail one by one for the service charges. Once done that, you can pick and choose the one you like.

Don't try to manage this stuff yourself....let an agent do it for you. It's a dirty business.
Shop around a few of the agencies and ask about their charges - then compare.
