Both home-made and homemade are correct, depending on your age and country. This is an example of a compound word, which generally starts off hyphenated (home-made), and then loses the hyphen as the word becomes more commonly used (homemade). "Home made" is probably not correct, because it is a verb and so should be hyphenated or made into one word, (though I have seen it used.)
