You will become light headed with nausea and eventually pass out. Your body needs fuel to sustain its self. What would a car do with no gas? This is not healthy nor effective for weight loss. Technically the body can go 7 days with out food, but this is only in extreme situations. If you are thinking of fasting, I would go no longer than 24 hours. The healthiest way to cleanse your body is to eat raw green veggies, as much as you want, for 48 hours. If you are used to carbohydrates though, your body will revolt and you will vomit and become faint. Please do not do anything extreme.

you could faint. Body can do without food for several days, but not liquid. Not eating, can cause other issues, so it isn't the way to go if you are trying to lose weight.

First you will become very hungry, and grumpy then yes ypou may faint. Different people can go without food for different amounts of time it all depends on your own body,
It's not a healthy thing to do, it could make you sick.

It's not a good idea to go too long without eating, to say the least. Side effects might include; HUNGER, lack of energy, depression, nausea, headache, damage to int. organs, and last but not least, if abused often, could lead to an eating disorder, which causes malnutrition and possibly death. If you or this other person is wanting to lose weight, exercise, not starvation, is the way to do it. Or just tell yourself/them that they are beautiful and awesome just the way they are.

Everyone is different. Most people go into Ketosis, that's when your body starts burning fat to survive. It's not bad to fast for a day, but it's really unhealthy long term. You would be at risk for kidney stones.

when i didnt have food for a day or so and then i went to play tennis i blacked out on the court and had to go lay down so i really don't recommend starving yourself but thats just me. your body can probably go like 4 days with absolutely no food but it is NOT good for you so i dont recommend it!!!
