what can i do? I've had depression all my life and there's time where all I want to do is continually cry.

Sounds like Clinical Depression. I hope you are seeing a doctor and are on some time of mood stabilizer. In this day and age if one does not work then there are many others to choose from. As well as the medication find a good therapist to work through these emotions with as well. Good luck and God bless.

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..

But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.

You may just be a sensitive person. Try multivitamins with b and vitamin c time released with rose hips. Sometimes sensitive people tend to pick up emotions from their surroundings. ie, negative persons download on you. They need to keep to themselfs.

First things first.Try to figure out what the problem is which is a must because until you figure it out you won't be able to stop the crying.Or you can always try going to a therepist if you haven't yet.

Have you ben diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder? You really need to be properly diagnosed by a good clinition!
