Any old Web server will do.

http://geocities.yahoo.com -- free with your Yahoo! ID but bandwidth-limited;

http://www.addyour.net -- free but with limitations on file types;

http://www.rapidshare.com -- doesn't work as a HTTP server but allows you to upload files up to 100 MB in size.

you could get a host or use something like google has called writely (http://writely.com)
