im really worrying and cant get the pill, the only thing i can get is a HPT and that wont really help me to avoid being pregnant.
im supposed to get my period from today onwards..
(its my 28th day in my cycle) but i dont usually have a 28 day cycle, its usually a little longer.
but what i want to know is, are the chances really high of me being pregnant?

probably not pregnant. you generally ovulate between day number 12 and 14 . so you can generally only get pregnant if having unprotected sex between day number 10 and 14. all though if you happened to ovulate with in the past two days it's possible to get pregnant all though more than likely if you are on day number 28 and about to start your period you are not ovulating. it's not very likely. look at it this way if you did happen to get pregnant it's definitely a miracle and meant to happen. cause if you are due to have your period the next day and ovulating that's just insane!

If it's your 28th day in the cycle, there is a low chance of getting pregnant because your body is already preparing to shed the uterus lining and the discharge the ovum. However, nothing is definite and there is still a slight chance of being pregnant especially if your cycle is longer than 28 days. You can visit your doctor and ask for the Post-Coital Pill or commonly called "The morning-after pill", which consists of 2 pills. One to be taken as soon as possible after sex and another taken 12 hours after the first pill. This causes a huge rush of hormones and will prevent pregnancy by either stopping ovulation or preventing any fertilised egg from attaching to the uterus. But you need to take the pill preferably within 3 days from the time you had sex. The sooner you take it, the more effective it is.

If you can't get emergency contraception, then you're just going to have to wait it out. Your chances of being pregnant depend on your personal cycle.

Try not to stress too much, though. If your period is only slightly longer than 28 days (less than a week), then you should be fine. Also, stressing too much could cause your period not to come anyway.

You ought to be able to ge the morning after pill, and you can take it up to 2 or 3 days after unprotected intercourse.

If your period is supposed to be today, your chances are slim.

Condoms generally break because they are being worn incorrectly or because not enough lube or the wrong type of lube was used.

If it is really your 28th day chances are slim. If you a have a very regular cycle. Remember next time to use back up protection.

go to planned parenthood to get the plan B pill. if you are too young, then you shouldn't be having sex anyway. you need to take it within 72 hrs for it to be effective. if you can't, pray for your period to come.
