I would try rimmel eye liner it is about 3-4 dollars and it works as well as the 7 dollar loreal one

A lot of dollar store type stores have make-ups. I have seen them at Dollar Tree and the Dollar General Store, plus look at normal stores and you might find some good deals on clearance or discontinued items.

Like an eyebrow pencil? Try the brand Wet 'n Wild. I buy their eyeliner pencils and they are less than $2.

sometimes I use brown eyeshadow, (not anything sparkly or frosty).

Take a small brush and just lightly fill in your eyebrows using a color close to your natural eyebrow color - maybe a tad darker.

I think the powder looks more natural than liners.

try big lots alot of times u can get brand name liners from about 1.99 or u can try maybelline u can get to brow pencils for about 3 bucks and u get two

clinique makes a great one, I guess it may be considered a little pricey, but it's worth it.
