Hi! You sound very busy. I think you need to prioritise what is important to you. If you are unhappy with the idea of not doing well in school, you may need to cut back on other things such as sport or social life. Especially in your high school years (which are coming up), it's very important to prioritise your education. You do need to have a balance, and spend time doing things that you enjoy and that relax you, but school should be number one. So cut back on your other activities. Get a parent, friend, teacher or tutor to help you with the subjects you are struggling with. Stop watching television so you can spend more time on your homework. And don't diet! You are only 12! Yes, you should be eating well and exercising but don't let it take over your life! Love your body and yourself just as you are. Drink lots of water, eat vegetables and do some exercise every day - but as a way to be healthy and live a long life, not to lose weight!
Good luck with everything. And keep asking for advice when you need it, that's always an excellent thing to do. There are people out there who can give you the help you need.

Organize a way to make everything work out. first start out by either getting a PDA (personal digital assistant) or a planner write out a schedule for yourself that is according to the classes you take including extra crics. every day after a class is over write your homework or if u have a test coming up put it in there at the end of the day look at your planner and do what is easiest first and get it out of the way. try multitasking like if you need to diet find a diet best for u and eat while u study or exercise or while doing your homework. leave the weekend to hang out with friends and make that fun time or if you finish work early go ahead and have fun. you can also try setting your clock 2-5 minutes earlier than normal that will get you working faster. this way u study, maintain your diet, have fun, and get good grade for high school and college.
hope i helped!

Between dancing and volleyball -- two wonderful exercise choices btw -- you are going to lose weight, so keep it up. Eat light, very easy: yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch, broiled chicken or fish with veggies (no butter or sauces!) for dinner, and stay away from anything like bread or cake.
When you're dancing, really get into the groove of the music; this is great stress relief. Check out a book from the library about yoga; a lot of the positions are dance-like, just slowed down or halted. Very relaxing. Even better with a couple of girlfriends from dance & volleyball. Talk to your gym/dance teacher for advice.
Band tests? I was in concert choir for three years so I do know that practice practice practice is vital. But have fun with it; play a song you like as warm-up.

Don't panic! Try to prioritize things that need to get done first maybe homework or history day project? If the project not due yet, you can do it piece by piece everyday. Try to get your extracurriculars in order so you won't get lost.
How about a planner to write down all you need to get done? Stay calm and you'll do fine :)

cut back on half the stuff. i had the same problem in high school with football, schoo, dating, going out with friends homework. just cut back when a friend says lest go out say no. and maybe get rid of dance and band and focus on one or two things. good luck.

chill. you got your whole life ahead of you. slow down. do only 1 extracurricular activity at a time if you need to.
when you turn 30 and look back, you will be pissed. now is the only time in your life to have NO RESPONSIBILITIES. enjoy it while it lasts.
