its an older game, quake III arena. does anyone know how to work the mods or no a good site to download mods?

well the quake3 engine was released OPEN SOURCE, which means that it's free.

as for mods, applying them should go something like EXTRACT the zip archive into the folder \%yourquakefolder%\\
in fact, application of mods and instructions should be packaged in the mod installation/zip archive. etc , like maps for example go iinto \base\ <- the base folder as .pk3

so far, tremulous is a stand-alone q3 engine based game, played online, mostly @ gamearena servers in australia

a descent site for mods would be fileplanet.com
if u dont find something there try typing in quake 3 mods in yahoo search. that is how i found tessource.net for my oblivion mods.
