I did a search and did not find any union franchised, Talent Agents, in Cape Code. It's a small market.
Talent Agents might be in a nearby larger city.

The summer beachouse cape has the MTV crew around.
The clubs that support new england play work have three
levels that I know of, and 2 are very pre professional. IF you
are hoping for professional work, the berkeley east campus
keeps up Boston, hartfort, bridgeport, hyannis, truro, and
farehaven to the tune of pioneer music. The good news is
that the equipment for singers is available, the second link is
that the personal owners of the equipment is a solid chart. I
mean to say that in Ivy league the good performances are the
youth, the old stock is talented and recent sponsorships have
dried out, making it very good to get microphones, speakers
from this lucky location that help your show. Tech workers
are running some, and talking too much television. Movie
agencies are good from mtv, and campus deejays.
