As others have stated...you maybe slacking for regular work but accelling in tests [and stuff]...but you should certainly start trying to accel in grade-wise matters...because colleges may accept you if you get a good SAT score..but if you don't have good grades..they may still not accept you...so I suggest you get at least a 3.8 G.P.A., and good SAT scores, and lots of extra curricular activities..then you will probably go to a good college...

If your striving for berkley,stanford,yale,princeton,harvard,etc...I suggest you start trying now...

You're a good test taker - and don't do the necessary work for good grades - which generally means more than just doing well on a test.
