im from philadelphia..im not certified but i have years experience in home remodel but what i want to no is if i need to be certified to get licensed and bonded in the state of PA... i also want to get a company name..if possible what is the procedure for that also...

The department of consumer affairs handles contractor licensing. They are online. City Hall handles business licenses. You have to pass a test and have references. The bond is about $200 and the license is about $100.
