too match these last years !!
Starting with Cena, unmasking Kane, bringing Umaga, "blue power ranger" MVP, "Darth-Maul wannabe" Boogeyman, Spirit Sqad, etc
changing the great Bradshaw into the fart JBL, not giving Rey Mysterio a personality of his own (therefor not letting Eddie Guerrero rest in piece) etc etc

Splitting into the Raw and Smackdown brands was a huge mistake because it took away the surprise factor of who might show up when, along with severely limiting the storyline possibilities. I think the split basically ruined WWE.

Big list here, first was the Gobley Gooker, letting AJ Styles go before he got big, not letting Heyman truly run ECW, of coarse anytime they have Mae Young show skin, Fake Diesel and Ramon, of coarse the recent Rosie VS Trump match, not letting Helms do the vertebreaker, but the number one in my book is letting Owen Hart do the stunt that killed him.

The biggest mistake is running WCW and ECW (the original) out of business. There is no more competition and WWE has been going down hill.

Giving Cena the WWE Title. Rey Misterio given a run with the World Title and Chyna given a run with the IC title.

I have to agree running WCW and Taking over ECW. Since they now have them both let them be run apart from WWE, Let Heyman do the job that he is best at BRING BACK THE OLD ECW

messing up the womens division was a huge mistake,only good ones left are micke james and victoria, and keeping the other talented women away from the womens championship,he should have the non talented women on smackdown or ecw,and have the women wrestlers on raw, in my opinion.

well i agree with your second choice. but i have to say te worst mistake wwe has done has from gone from wwf to wwe but dont get me wrong wwe was good up until 2005 things went from good to ok to sort of ok to boring to bogus to absolutely predictable and boring. wwe has gone wrong except smackdown

I think when Bret Hart died because there was some kind of malfunction. Since then, they banned stunts like that. But still, it cost a man his life.
