Two twins one went to work and the other to a mall.

Twn 1 goes to the mall with his friends (minutes pass like they were seconds) because he enters the mall at 6:00 and exits at 8:00. But it feels like it was only 45 minutes in his perspective he feels like going back in again.

Twin 1 enters Mcdonalds at 6:00 and exits at 8:00. he feels like time has stoped for him its going by super slow by the time he gets out hes exhuasted because 2 hrs to him felt like 4hrs he wants to go lay down.

Why is that?
