By this I mean was his mother not sleeping with anyone at the time of his conception? I believe it said it the first Star Wars, but there was a bunch of loud kids at the house, I I haven't rewatched it.

Yes, they did say that in the first movie. Qui-Gon asks Shmi (Anakin's mother) who his father was. Shmi replies with something like, "There was no father. I carried him, I gave birth to him ... I don't know what happened."

In the third movie, Palpatine tells Anakin that the previous Sith Lord, Darth Plagueis, had such a mastery of the Force that he could create life. This has led to a lot of fan speculation that Plagueis may have been responsible for Anakin's conception, but nothing "official" has been said along those lines.

George Lucas is comparing Anakin to Jesus, He's the immaculate conception of the Star Wars universe. It is like if Jesus goes good then bad then good again right before he is crucified. In answer to your question Anakin is fatherless.

His mother had him asexually like an amoeba. Therefore he is her clone (note the allusion to a prequel title).
