I'm Kinda new to mugen and i try looking up skills to use for characters and I don't understand the commands like...QCB,QCF,HCB,LP,LK and others.

well obviously the commands , are abbreviations
LP = Light Punch
LK = Light Kick
QCB = Quarter Circle Back = ↓ / ← (/ is meant to be a diagonal arrow)
QCF = Quarter Circle Forward = ↓ \ → (\ is meant to be a diagonal arrow)
HCB = Half Circle Back = ↓ / ← \ ↑
so, etc
and after googling
there's a forum post in a cache, etc you can always look it up in mugen forums and stuff
