Memento, entire story told backwards with an unbelievable twist at the end/beginning.

Memento is an amazing story.

However, I'm gonna have to go with Forrest Gump. The story of a man who has done everything but love and be loved.

In my book, the most inspirational movie of all time.

Also, Saving Private Ryan has a great plot.

I like the first Rocky's plot, about being the underdog who would consider himself a winner just by going the distance. However, the idea that it was an exhibition match lessened the effect, in my opinion. I think it would've been more profound and inspiring if it had been different.
If I wrote it, it would be like such:
Rocky has a friend named Spyder Rico. They're amateur boxers. They both get a shot at the Olympics. Spyder is paralyzed in a semi-final match [death is to dramatic]. Rocky is chosen to fight for him, and wins the gold.

Or something more dramatic than a just a show-y match. I didn't find the importance of the match at quite the inspirational caliber that its hyped up to be.

I'm definitely going to go with Forrest Gump.

I would have to agree The Usual Suspects is the best never seen a plot like that before

Something along the lines of Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels / Snatch. Very clever!

Star Wars saga...in the really big picture, Darth Vader represents mankind. He's drawn towards a dark side and becomes evil (and knows it's wrong) but his inner fight leads him to doing good before he dies.
