how do i delete a decrypted video file?

I copied a video and I copied it in the wrong region and wont play. So Im trying to delete it and i cant. I right clicked it and the delete option is not there. Its saved in the Devices with removable storage in "My Computer". How can i check where the region is so i can get it right this time? Is it on the case?

If it is saved on the CD drive (removable device) as CDR (read only), then you cant erase it, unless its a CD-RW (Read Write). Pop the CD in the microwave for a few seconds for a good light show, then throw it in the trash. :-P

If the removable drive is a flash drive or something like that, make sure the drive is not locked.
