My penis is not circumsized. As a youngster i never masterbated pulling my extra skin too much behind. As a result it is very painful for me to have sex without a condom as the extra skin gets pulled back to much creating a burning feeling. What should I do? get myself circumsized or is it a problem that will eventually get better? and by the way what is a male gynaecologist called?

You do NOT need to get circumcised, and it would be very painful for you to do that, plus it would decrease your sexual pleasure for the rest of your life. What you DO need to do is stretch the foreskin a little.

It's probably easiest to start in a warm bath. Just hook two fingers on opposite sides of the foreskin and pull it until it's just slightly uncomfortable, not actually painful. Hold for a few seconds, then repeat seeral times. Once you have the feeling of how it works, use a little lotion or baby oil and stretch it several times a day - never to the point of pain.

You should begin to see results in a couple of weeks. If this does not work for you, ask a doctor (any doctor) for some hormone cream to help with the loosening up process. Don't be embarrassed - every doctor has seen plenty of penises before!

If it still won't stretch, you should see a urologist and get a few relaxing incisions. This is not the same as circumcision, and you will retain your very important foreskin. Make it very clear to every doctor you see (if you need any) that you do NOT want a circumcision.

Men usually go to a urologist for complicated penis problems, but your general doctor can probably prescribe hormone cream for you if you need it.

Good luck - you may even find that you enjoy all the handling. Nothing wrong with that.

I worked with communicable diseases for 15 years. I have done exams on 1,000s of men. We have run across this type of issue before. If the fore skin is causing a problem where it is essentially cutting of blood flow for a short period of time this could be where you are felling the pain (the source of problem). The question is how long have you been sexually active and is it becoming worse? If it is, it needs to be cared for. If you are in a sexual relationship with one person and it is MUTUALLY monogamous then the condom use could play a problem between you.,and the intimacy. If It is more than one partner or that partner has another partner, then use the condom......it could save your life. there are 132 different sex. trans. diseases. so be sure. In anyway you need to see a UROLOGIST . that is the Dr. who specializes in men's physical/sexual issues. and don't be too embarrassed. He's heard it all and it is YOUR future health which is the issue. Good luck and be careful out there......... it can be much More dangerous than people in general know. (Oh yea. I forgot to tell you, I was the first female in the state of Fla to deal with the physical exams, testing and diag. of s.t.d/hiv for the government.in Fla-so please, I am concerned that you do need to see a MD. OK?) Peace

Well, with 5 inches being the average , I think most women would be more than happy if their man had between 6 and 9 inches,The average depth of a vagina is 6 inches, and the average depth of the anus is 8 inches.

You need to go to a Urologist to get the proper diagnosis. They'll decide if you need a circumcision or another procedure.

I highly agree with Maple's advice, no circumcision needed. "You are beautiful in every single way." I would suggest just what Maple said, you need to practice stretching your skin, masturbate more.

My boyfriend says and I quote "you got something else wrong with ya, its not your f***ing foreskin! Its nor normal. If you WERE circumcised maybe sex would hurt. Lub up your girl right, if it still hurts, go to an STD clinic, GP or urologist."

Good Luck.

Talk to your doctor about it. I have no idea if it will get better or not. A male doctor is called a proctologist.
